That way, the tires won't turn too sharp and understeer at high speed, but if I am oversteering/spinning out, the tires are allowed to use full opposite lock in order to catch the slide. Steering animation won't match my wheels movement. If i put my wheel (T150RS) into different steering angle than 1080°, the wheel animation won't match my real hand movement.
