Flip up the slide lock and try to man-handle it off by moving it back and forth until it gives, just be careful not to bend it sideways. So I checked my P320 and with a magazine in it, I can only spin the takedown lever about that far and with pressure it can get stuck. Pushed the recoil spring assembly up , or in the opposite direction of the movement and the take down lever rotated as normal and the slide released. I removed the standard slide lock that caused the trouble and reinstalled the SAS slide lock. If you put it back in the frame it will re-engage. There's a few disconnectors in the fcu. Tried this as well. I left the takedown lever down when i removed it. Most videos I have seen show it "pop" back to 3 o'clock when removed. When I was done cleaning, I reinserted the FCU into the frame (easy enough). The difficulty I have is getting the takedown pin back into the hole.
